Sonja...HRB's in another realm. It's a place I'm afraid to go. We sure could have used him. I almost didn't show up...nervous and got assigned another story. I called Redford at 8am and he said, "You HAVE to go!" This is why I think it's sometimes good to train with someone or at least have support for your workout goals. Super-Mann--thanks for the motivation! I wasn't happy with some of my progress and I was thrilled with it in other areas...a perfect combination for motivation. Started back on the bike today, and Thursday, will start swimming again. Thanks so much for asking us to be a part of something so crucial to health awareness. Jody, that wasn't a little ponytail, Girl. Those were pigtails! My hair's not long enough for a ponytail.
