To set the story (my dad, mother, and 3 year old nephew Aiden)… my mom and dad were apparently arguing about if they had all of Aiden’s clothes as they were bring him back to my sisters house.
Mom: Bob, did you pack Aiden’s shorts?
Dad: What? He has other shorts, isn’t he wearing them?
Mom: The shorts on the hamper?
Dad: How am I suppose to know that, maybe Aiden packed them.
Mom: Do we have them?
Dad: Ask Aiden.
Mom: Aiden, what are we going to do if your Mom asks me where your good shorts are?
Aiden: (sigh)… Mom-mom… Save the drama for the momma.

Last night my family was at Caraba’s for a send off for my Dad who is going to Mexico for a mission trip. The waitress asked if anyone wanted any more wine and my three-year-old nephew said, “I don’t usually have wine.” No idea where that came from.

My seven-year-old Godson told me last Christmas, “Where’s my gift?”
I replied, “I’m sorry man. I’m a little strapped this year.”
He says, “Well change your career!”

Hey Sherrie…this is Chantel from MN!:) I can’t believe Casey is 19???!!!! WHERE has the time gone! I’ve got a quote from when I babysat him — he wanted to know if I could stay for a slumber party! He was all of age 5 or something!
I’m married with 2 kids now….Charlie is 3 and Calla is 1!
Hope you’re doing well!

Hey Sherri…nope, I moved in Chicago after Shreveport and worked for NBC there. I was in Chicago for 5 years. Met my husband in Chicago and we moved to the sticks of Northern MN! I now work in an office part-time and am a stay at home MOM! I can’t quite believe it! We had Charlie in 2004 and then adopted Calla from Ethiopia this past summer (had a really bad pregnancy).
I was just searching people and came across this…pretty cool! I often wonder how Casey is doing! He was such a sweet little boy! I talked to Barry Simms and his oldest is off to college in the fall! Where does the time go?
Tell everyone HI from me! Talk to you later!

You adopted? That’s terrific! I do stories to try to find children homes.
Casey is a freshman at Louisiana Tech. I’ll tell him you said hi.
